Cara Sulkowski Effinger 

 

Cara has been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since 2006.  She graduated from The Edmund Morgan School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in 2005 where she received advanced training in neuromuscular therapy. Cara has studied Facial Reflexology under Lone Sorensen and is a certified facial reflexologist.
    Cara is well versed in pain management techniques as well as spa therapies. Upon licensure Cara began work at a resort and spa in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. She then moved to the Lake Norman area where she developed her skills in spa and bodywork therapies.  Cara has been fortunate to be able to train under several experienced and innovative professionals in the alternative therapy field. By combining her passion for Hot Stone Therapy and training in Neuromuscular Therapy, Cara has developed a unique therapeutic experience to aid her clients in pain management and stress reduction.
